Kiama

a gallery created by eccles

My great great grandparents William Alfred Shaw and Ellen Duffell were married in Kiama in 1894. Its a little odd that they were there, but Eddy suggested they were living there before that. In 1895, their first child Arthur Bertie Shaw was born in Bendoc, Victoria, suggesting that they didn't stay in the area long.

Eddy suggested they got married in the Methodist church, which I didn't get photos of. I think. I have trouble keeping the denominations straight.
